Refund policy
Returns
If your product is defective or not working properly, please contact us and we will send you a replacement product.
We do not accept returns for products purchased from other retailers, incorrectly ordered items, or products damaged due to customer misuse.
Additionally, we do not accept returns for products that are not damaged or incorrectly delivered.
You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you would like to return or exchange it, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Returns, refunds, or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:
Incorrect product, size, shipping address, or customization details entered by the customer
Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance
Products that have been washed, worn, soiled, or otherwise damaged through use
Returns due to changes in personal preference or taste
Custom-made or made-to-order products without quality issues
Note: Refunds or replacements for custom products will only be granted if the item is defective or incorrect.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
A partial refund may be granted in the following cases:
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–45 days, depending on your payment provider.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. Processing times may vary.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted for items that are defective or damaged. If you believe your item qualifies, please contact us at support@trendivyx.com with a photo and description of the issue. We will review your request and provide further instructions.
Note: Do not send your return to the address listed on the package. This is not our return address and may cause delays. Always contact us before returning an item.
Order Cancellation & Modification Policy
You may cancel or modify your order within 4 hours of placing it. After 4 hours, we begin processing and can no longer guarantee changes or cancellations.
We typically ship orders within 1–3 days. Once the order is shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Sale or discounted items may be returned for store credit only, if the return is approved.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be issued.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.
Shipping
To start a return, please contact us at support@trendivyx.com.
You are responsible for covering the return shipping cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts, you may request reshipment. A restocking fee will apply in such cases. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom-made or made-to-order products are not eligible for refunds – even if returned.
